There are 2 main ways to access your email in Outlook, 'POP3' and 'IMAP'.
When your email arrives at your domain name it is stored on the bucklehosting servers for you.
Using bucklehosting webmail you can check your email from anywhere in the world at any time.
If you use POP3 in Outlook, when you check for mail it will be downloaded to your computer and removed from the bucklehosting server. This means that if you later log into webmail the email will not appear but will be on your computer.
If you use IMAP in Outlook, you can check for mail and leave it on the bucklehosting server this means that despite using Outlook to check your mail, webmail will still have all the same emails and folders. This is the recommended mode of email account usage.
To continue setting up an IMAP account, click 'IMAP' in the 'account type' box and fill out the following details.
Fill out the boxes similar to those shown below. Make sure your User Name logon is your full email address.
Then click 'More Settings'
Fill out the 3 boxes and click the 'Outgoing Server' tab to setup sending of email.

Tick 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'. This will allow you to send emails.
Then click the 'Advanced' tab.

Click the 'advanced' tab and select 'SSL' twice and enter the correct port numbers then press 'Ok'.
(If you decided to use POP3 then you need port number 995 for POP3 port).

Now press 'Next' to continue:
Click 'Finish' and you are done. Good luck with your emailing.
