This project is targeted at taxi operators wishing to increase their online professionalism with streamlined integrated online booking.

Poole Radio Cabs use the system to take bookings from a number of NHS hospitals in the Dorset region.

Staff at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital enter bookings into their patient system CaMiS which are then sent via an XML interface into this system.

All bookings are kept online with several levels of security to protect sensitive data.

The system processes and manages hundreds of bookings a week and has been well received by taxi operator and NHS staff alike.
